    Ex-Nigerian League Top Scorer, Lokosa, Joins Newly-Promoted Sporting Lagos

    Newly promoted side Sporting Lagos has demonstrated their readiness to make an instant in the Nigeria Premier League.

    The club secured promotion to the elite division last week after finishing among the top four at the end of the Nigeria National League playoffs.

    The Lagos-based club on Sunday confirmed that the arrival of the former league top scorer Junior Lokosa

    Lokosa signed a short-term deal with Remo Stars last season and also represented them in the Super 6 held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.

    The signing of the former Kano Pillars attacker is expected to be a morale booster for the young Sporting Lagos attackers ahead of the new season.
