Hon. Lawal Abiodun Saheed, a candidate for the Oyo State House of Assembly seat in the Egbeda Local Government constituency under the All Progressive Congress (APC), has demonstrated his continued commitment to party growth and member welfare by donating about 30 bags of rice and millions of naira to party members.

Presenting the items to his constituents, Hon. Lawal said the gesture was part of his contributions to the welfare of the people during the yuletide, saying the empowerment was an annual gesture to show appreciation to the people for their support and commitments to the party activities.

This donation according to him was aimed at supporting our people during the yuletide season and easing the economic burden on members as the year comes to an end. He underlined the importance of community togetherness and committed to continue working on measures that will improve the lives of his people. Hon. Lawal also encouraged everyone to look out for one another over the festive season, instilling a sense of community and charity.

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Egbeda Local Government Area had its end-of-year general party meeting in a cheerful and joyous mood at the party office, with members gathering to evaluate the year’s events and reinforce unity ahead of the new political season.
