    Burial of Retd. FIFA Badged Referee Bosede Adijat Momoh Holds On Thursday & Friday In Kuje, Abuja

    Burial of Retd. FIFA Badged Referee Bosede Adijat Momoh Holds On Thursday & Friday In Kuje, Abuja

    The funeral of late retired FIFA Badged Referee, Ms. Bosede Adijat Momoh, who died on Monday, April 21st, 2025; at the National Hospital Abuja; will begin on Thursday; May 29th, 2025; as announced by her family.

    A Christian Wake in her honour, initially planned to be held at her residence, No.C18 Kuchiyako Extension, will now be held at the Living Faith Church, in Kuje, starting from 5pm.

    On Friday, May 30th, 2025; her body will lie in state briefly at her residence starting from 9am; to be followed at 10am by a Burial Service, and interment at her residence behind Sky Limit Bakery, Kuje, Abuja; and thanksgiving service, shall follow on Sunday, May 31st, 2025.

    Aged 49 years, the late Bosede Adijat Momoh prior to he demise, was an elite NFF Referee Assessor for NPFL Matches, that’s after a hugely successful career as one of the very few women, that have officiated matches in the notion’s top flight leagues.

    She began and ended her football Refereeing career as a member of the FCT Football Referees Council, while working as a Sports Officer with the FCT Sports Department for over two decades, and was also a seasoned CAHB Handball Referee Pair.

    According to SP Monday Momoh (her brother) Bosede Adijat Momoh died after a protracted illness. She is survived by Children, and other family relatives.
