Super Eagles Won’t Disgrace Us Again – São Tomé Coach

Sao Tome and Principe head coach Adriano Eusebio says his team will fight hard to avoid another embarrassing defeat against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The True Patriots were hammered 10-0 by the Super Eagles in June last year during the reverse fixture.
The two teams will clash again at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Sunday.
Eusebio’s side are the whipping boys in Group A, having conceded 20 goals and scored a paltry three goals in five games.
The Patriots have also recorded one draw and four defeats in the qualifiers.
Despite his team’s poor record, Eusebio is upbeat they will put up a good fight against the Super Eagles.
“We are here to fight and not lose heavily again. We can’t repeat the same mistakes we made in the first game,”Eusebio said on his team’s arrival in Uyo.
“We have nothing to fight for in this game, but we have a chance to try new players.”
