    S’Falcons Glory Ogbonna Scores Points As Curtain Falls On Football Tourney

    Glory Ogbonna men’s football competition which began in October, 2023 at the Ama-Abuo Central School, Ovungwu, Abia State is set to come to an end with the final billed for 29th December.
    The Super Falcons and Besiktas defender created the tournament to give back to her community and also encourage the round leather game.
    The third place match between Agbaragwu Village and Ihenaeringwu Village will hold on Thursday, 28th of December, 2023.

    After then will the finals be played between Ihenaeriala Village and Amaede Village on Friday, 29th December, 2023 by 3pm.
    The good people of Isialangwa South local government area will once again witness the very best of football at the Ama-Abuo central school, ovungwu.
    To further encourage the teams, the winner of the tournament will go home with Two hundred and fifty thousand Naira only, while second and third place will receive One Hundred and Fifty thousand Naira and One Hundred thousand Naira respectively.
    To further boost the event, convener, Ogbonna will be present at the finals as she hopes to crown the inaugural champion.
    There will be special awards for the best player, highest goal scorer and fair play.
