Uchenna Kanu scored the opening goal for Nigeria in the 45th minute before Ajbade scored the second goal in the 49th minute off an assist from Asisat Oshoala.
FC Barcelona Feminine scored the 3rd goal for Nigeria half into the second half and Ajibade completed her brace later in the game.
The result means that Super Falcons qualified for the next stage of the qualifier 5-1 on aggregate.
