Bayern Munich and Real Madrid broke the ice as they have rewarded their players with brand-new luxury cars as part of their respective sponsorship deals. The two European giants have partnered with top automotive brands to provide their players with high-end vehicles.
Bayern Munich’s Audi Deal
Bayern Munich players were treated to new Audi cars on Wednesday. England star Harry Kane, who wasn’t present to collect his car in person, opted for the Audi Q8 SUV TFSI e, valued at £86,745. This model boasts an acceleration of 0-62mph in 5.7 seconds and an electric range of 51 miles. Kane wasn’t the only one to choose this car, as 11 other Bayern players, including Luis Diaz, Serge Gnabry, and Manuel Neuer, also selected the same model.
*Real Madrid’s BMW Partnership*
A day after Bayern’s car giveaway, Real Madrid followed suit with their BMW partnership. England stars Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold were among the beneficiaries. Bellingham chose the BMW XM, priced at £112,820, which accelerates from 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds. Meanwhile, Alexander-Arnold opted for the BMW iX, valued at £75,405, with a 0-62mph time of 4.6 seconds. Unfortunately, Alexander-Arnold is currently recovering from a hamstring injury but is expected to cheer on his teammates when Real Madrid faces Getafe in a LaLiga match.
These luxury cars are a testament to the clubs’ commitment to rewarding their players. With the international breakover, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are set to face tough competition in their respective leagues.
