    Prince Adeyinka Adeboye Dedicates Nigeria -France Sports Award to President Tinubu and Athletes

    Prince Adeyinka Adeboye has received a prestigious award at the 3rd edition of the Nigeria-France Sports Awards in Paris, France. The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development was honoured for his contributions to sports development, and he dedicated the award to President Tinubu and Nigerian athletes.

    The award ceremony, held at La Maison des Arts in Paris, recognizes distinguished athletes, sports administrators, and stakeholders within and outside the Nigerian community in France. The Nigeria-France Sports Awards has gained prominence, attracting notable sporting personalities and bright lights in the sports industry.

    Adeboye’s achievement is a testament to his dedication to promoting sports development in Nigeria, and his recognition at the awards ceremony highlights the growing appreciation for Nigerian sports administrators and stakeholders on the international stage.

    An obviously elated Adeboye in his acceptance speech, thanked the organisers of the event for the honour, which he was quick to dedicate to the tireless efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration in promoting sports excellence. He also noted the invaluable contributions of the Nigerian athletes, to whom, he also dedicated the prestigious cross-continental award.

    “Bonsoir, ladies and gentlemen. Honorable members of the Nigerian community in France, distinguished guests, I am humbled and honored to stand before you tonight, accepting this prestigious award.

    “As the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports, I am privileged to be part of a government that prioritizes sports development and youth empowerment. This award is a testament to the tireless efforts of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration to promote sports excellence and unity across Nigeria.

    “I dedicate this award to the unsung heroes of Nigerian sports; the grassroots coaches, administrators, and athletes, who toil day and night to make Nigerian sports great. Your dedication and passion inspire us to continue do more,” he stated.

    He went on to specially thank the Nigeria-France community, for their unwavering support. Adding that their presence is a celebration of shared values and commitment to excellence.
