    Hemba Praises LLTC On Davis Cup Host

    Chairman of the Central Planning Committee(CPC), of the just concluded Davis Cup World Group 11 Play-off between Nigeria and Uzbekistan held from 6-8 February, Victor Hemba, has commended the President of the Lagos Lawn Tennis Club 1895 (LLTC), Dr. Adeyinka Adewusi and his executive board for contributing immensely to Nigeria’s triumph over Uzbekistan at the just concluded Tennis tournament which the club hosted by providing good and adequate facilities for the tournament that lasted from 6-8 February 2026.

    Speaking on Monday 9 February, at the magnificent Lagos Lawn Tennis Club adjacent the Tafawa Balewa Square, Victoria Island Lagos,

    Hemba who is also the technical Committee chairman of the NTF led by RT Hon Victor Ochei,
    also kudos to the players whose resilience, hard work and determination, ensured that Nigeria grabs the Davis Cup World Group 11 ticket.
    He assured that the NTF will continue to do it’s best in improving the welfare of Nigeria Tennis players for better results.
