    Zone 2 Tug of War Team Set For 3rd Ogementus Championship

    The Police Zone 2 Tug of war team is battle ready to participate in the fast approaching 3rd Ogementus Tug of war open championship, Ikorodu 2024, according to a team official.
    The competition, which will run from August 28 – September 6, 2024, we are told would further expose the team to ascertain it’s real strength in a competition atmosphere.
    According to the coach of the side, Inspector, Adedun Abiodun, the competition will afford them the opportunity to test their team again the other very good sides that will feature at the event.
    “We are preparing for the 3rd Ogementus Tug of war open championship, Ikorodu 2024.
    “The competition is very good for the exposure of the team and it will also help to assess our team against the very best in the state.
    “I want to thank the Nigeria Police force for their support, we are indeed very grateful.
    Adedun further pin pointed lack of finance as their first greatest constraint.
    “We can not achieve most of the things we mapped out due to the paucity of funds,” he concleded.
