The Osun State Chapter of the Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC) as concluded plans to play host to the Founder and National President of the club, Prince Vincent Okumagba on Thursday 26th April 2024.
Executive Governor of the State Senator Ademola Adeleke is expected to receive the Prince of the Okumagba dynasty of Delta State and his crew according to a release issued by Hon. Rufai Omotayo Bashiru the Chairman of SESC Osun Chapter by 12: pm at the Osun State government secretariat Abere, Osogbo.
“We are fully prepared to host our President Prince Vincent Okumagba to Osun State and I can assure you that we also have the backing of our sports loving Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, who will be helping us to receive our guests to the government secretariat on Thursday,” Hon. Bashiru noted.
The visit according to the national body SESC is part of the efforts to reposition and strengthen the Super Eagles Supporters Club across Nigeria as it would be recalled that Prince Okumagba has also few weeks ago visited some states which included Kwara State Chapter of SESC.
“We’re re-strategizing our operations to ensure we’re always on ground at all important football events Nigeria is participating to support and help lift the morale of our players to victory, at all times, and towards achieving our plans, we’ve also re- energized our chapters both home and diaspora, to continue their selfless services to the national cause,” said Francis Aguh the national secretary of SESC.
