Lebanon’s Hezbollah have said they are “fully prepared” to join the war against Israel. They are backed up by Iran.
Hezbollah deputy chief Naim Qassem told a pro-Palestine rally in the southern part of the Lebanese capital, Beirut that if the opportunity presents itself to intervene, they “will take it”.
“We are fully prepared, and when the time comes for action, we will take it,” he said.
Sheikh Naim Qassem, deputy of Hezbollah leader, said they are ready to intervene on Israel’s northern border fight.
Hezbollah is a Lebanese Shia Islamist political party and militant group, led since 1992 by its Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah. Hezbollah’s paramilitary wing is the Jihad Council, and its political wing is the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc party in the Lebanese
