Tottenham forward Heung Min Son is reluctant to move to Saudi Arabia, amid reported interest from Al-Ittihad.
The former Bayer Leverkusen man was asked about his future today, and he confirmed he will remain at Tottenham.
He said he has more things he wants to achieve in the Premier League and that the promise of affluence that comes with a move to the Saudi League does not entice him at this stage in his career
Al-Ittihad have already signed former Real Madrid captain Karim Benzema on a free transfer this summer and are on the brink of sealing a huge deal for Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante, as part of a drive from top Saudi clubs to recruit some of the biggest stars from European football.
According to report, they are now said to be preparing a bid worth over £50million for Son, although Spurs would not be interested in considering any approach for the forward.
Son 31, has two years remaining on his Spurs contract and won the Premier League Golden Boot in 2021-22, though he struggled to hit the same heights last term but still managed 10 League goals and six assists as Spurs finished eighth in the 2022/2023 season.
