The Tinubu-Ambode Support Group is going all out to encourage Lagos residents to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and participate in the upcoming 2027 general elections. As part of their statewide mobilisation campaign, they’re organising sensitisation programs and APC e-registration drives, focusing on areas like Somolu-Bariga Federal Constituency .

Their national director general, Seyi Bamigbade, emphasised the importance of civic responsibility, urging residents to take advantage of initiatives like Tinubu-Ambo Street Captains to complete their APC e-registration and secure their PVCs.

This effort aims to boost civic participation and strengthen democratic structures in Lagos and Nigeria.

Former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, who’s backing President Bola Tinubu’s re-election, announced his intention to contest the 2027 Lagos governorship election. He believes Tinubu’s leadership has laid a strong foundation for national growth, and Lagosians should support his re-election.

The group’s activities are part of a broader strategy to mobilise support for Tinubu’s re-election and promote democratic engagement in Lagos. They’re encouraging residents to register, update their voter information, and obtain their PVCs, stressing that every vote counts.
