Top Lagos state based side, Team360 FC has officially unveiled two sets of jerseys for their home and away matches in the Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) State League competition for the 2025/2026 season which kicks off on Tuesday, April 21 with the star games.
The showdown, which will commence at 2pm tomorrow at the Legacy Pitch, Surulere, Lagos, interestingly will feature Team360 FC against their eternal rival, Chekas United FC in what promises to be a befitting opener.
While speaking after the colourful ceremony that challenges every team in the State League on the need to rethink and rejig their approach,
Hamza Akeem Oladimeji, Chairman/Founder Team360 FC, stated unequivocally that they are ready to challenge for a top four finish after last season’s disappointment even though he emphasised that the biggest win for him and his team will be development of his players and marketing.
The ambitious Oladimeji who dreams of having his players star someday in Europe’s top five leagues like the English Premier League (EPL), Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga amongst others, revealed that they have graduated over 16 players who are currently playing abroad through this massive project which has been on since a decade now.
“Our ambition is to become one of the best academies in Africa like ASEC Mimosa academy in Cote d’Ivoire, Right 2 Dream, Beyond Limits and Sporting Lagos in Nigeria where our players can be purchased directly to Europe which is why we’re doing what we are doing.
The resourceful, dynamic and hard working Club Owner added that they also unveiled their new Chief Scout, Hakeem Ambali, whom they brought in to help with the recruitment of top talents which is evident in the amount of young marketable players they have in their ranks presently.
“We will push for a top four finish to see if we can get one of the Nationwide League One (NLO) slots, otherwise our core goal remains the individual development and marketing of our players. We will sell individual players not the team which is the reason we are in the State League to give the players the needed exposure, development and visibility”, he said.
Team360 FC are grouped in the Atlantic Conference alongside nine other top teams, while the Mainland conferences also have 10 teams.
