    Team Delta Sets the Pace at NDSF, Builds Commanding Lead

    The Niger Delta Sports Festival is heating up,  Team Delta  has taken an impressive lead on day two of the competition. With a haul of 9 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals, Team Delta is setting the pace for others to follow.

    Team Bayelsa State is closely trailing in second place, boasting of 7 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals. Edo State occupies the third spot with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

    Rounding out the top five are Imo State in fourth position with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals, and Team Ondo State in fifth place with 1 gold and 1 silver medal.

    As the competition intensifies, Delta State is poised to continue its dominance, participating in 17 sports. With the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) powering the Nigeria South-South Mini Olympic Games, Team Delta is determined to make history as the winner of the inaugural Niger-Delta Sports Festival.
