Libya, who are at the bottom of Group D, defeated Rwanda 1-0 in Kigali, ensuring Nigeria’s spot in the tournament finals.Victor Osimhen’s phenomenal header , equalizer against Benin Republic helped the Super Eagles Qualify.
The loss means Rwanda are now five points behind the Super Eagles, with only one match remaining in the qualification campaign.
Nigeria Super Eagles will on Monday play their next match in Uyo, Akwa Ibom ,either way Rwanda cannot overtake Nigeria’s points tally.
