    Team Nigeria’s Rafiatu Lawal has made the nation proud, bagging three gold medals in the women’s 58kg weightlifting event at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Lawal’s impressive performance showcased her exceptional strength, precision, and dominance in the sport.

    The Nigerian weightlifter swept all available gold medals in the snatch, clean and jerk, and total categories, outclassing her rivals with remarkable ease. She finished ahead of Niogora Abdullaeva of Uzbekistan, who took silver, and Noura Essam of Egypt, who claimed bronze.Lawal’s triumph in Riyadh is a testament to her unwavering dedication and relentless drive for excellence.
