While wishing all Nigerians a Merry Christmas, Chief Ichie Sunday Ezeobiora, national president of the Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN), has assured Nigerians that poultry farm products will be available during this festive season, despite the persistent difficulties faced by Nigerian poultry farmers

In a goodwill statement he released and made available to newsmen, Ezeobiora, who is also the CEO of Sunchi Integrated Farms, the largest poultry farm in the South/East made the call, saying that the Poultry Association is still the only trustworthy partner in guaranteeing that Nigerians will continue to have the most affordable and nutrient-dense animal protein on their tables this Christmas and beyond.

“Despite the increasing cost of our basic raw materials, we have ensured that your table eggs, chicken, and turkey meat are available to every Nigerian this period of celebrations. They remain the cheapest animal protein available to Nigerians, and special thanks to our dogged farmers for their resilience in ensuring continued food production.”

He, however, on behalf of the poultry industry, felicitated with all Nigerians on the Christmas celebrations and prayed for God’s continued guidance to usher us into the New Year.

Chief Ezeobiora expressed his wish for a wonderful holiday season and a happier and more productive 2025 for all members of the Nigeria Poultry Association.
