Plymouth Argyle caused a major upset in the FA Cup after securing a 1-0 win against Arne Slot’s Liverpool side to end their hopes of securing the trophy for an eighth time. Despite the ten substitution made, yet the Plymouth gave no chance for the best team ever since the beginning of the season.

Evidently liverpool lack of cohesion was absolutely glaring after being frustrated against bottom of the Championship team Plymouth, who did well to carryout their well planned strategies and had for a reward an impressive performance at Home Park with a 1-0 victory over the toughest team Liverpool since the beginning of the new season.

The ball bounced off Harvey Elliott’s arms, which was evident that he raised it well above his head, inside the penalty box and Ryan Hardie drove home the victory rocketing the ball into the net making no mistake from the penalty spot to give his side a deserved victory early in the second half till the final whistle blown.

With Wednesday’s Merseyside derby drawing closer, Slot gave Everton as tougher over Plymouth when his team sheet emerged here.
