The semifinal clash involving Bendel insurance fc and BJ Fc was moved to Saturday February 22nd to enable the state FA cup holder return from their week 25 NPFL game away at Maiduguri to Elkanemi Warriors slated for Wednesday February 19th 2025.

The first semifinal will see Brave Heart Ladies take on NWFL championship side and 2024 runner up, Fortress Ladies of Benin City by 2pm, while Cup holders and WAFU B champions Edo Queens will do battle against Benin Red soil Fc in the second semifinal clash by 4pm
