Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, on his 60th birth anniversary on February 4.

Governor Oborevwori, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, said Esiso deserved all the accolades for the party’s victories under his astute chairmanship and also for his many other accomplishments in life.

According to the Governor, the PDP had fared quite well in all multi-party elections in the State under the chairnanship of Esiso and urged him to sustain the tempo even as the party gears for future elections.

He said: “As we look forward to future elections in the State, I urge you to sustain the transparency, equal opportunities and level playground that are necessary for consolidation of party democracy.

“As you join the league of elders, it is with great pleasure that I and other members of our great party in Delta join your family, friends and well-wishers in thanking Almighty God for His continued mercy, protection and provision for you in the past 60 years’’.

The Governor wished the Chairman a happy birth anniversary celebration and prayed that God Almighty should grant him many more years in good health and strength to extend the unassailable lead of PDP as the party of primary choice in Delta State.
