.urge Nigerians to pray for unity, peace and love

The President Of Nigeria Basketball Federation, Engr (Dr). Ahmadu Musa Kida, has extended warm feliciations to Nigerian Muslim faithfuls, home and diaspora.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially declared Wednesday May 27 and Thursday, May 28, 2026, as public holidays to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir.

In his goodwill message, Kida stated that while celebrating, the people should also see it as a season to show compassion, love, peace and unity.

Kida, who is also the Chairman of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), noted that Nigeria is at a very important period of our national life.

Stating that it requires faith in the future prosperity of the country, as well as, a strong believe and support for the government’s renewed hope agenda.

“As Nigerians and citizens of this great country, we must continue to show love, empathy, unity and peaceful coexistence amongst ourselves,” he added.
