Napoli To Negotiate With Real Sociedad For Normand

Napoli are aiming to sign Real Sociedad’s Robin Le Normand during this transfer window.

According to a report by Alfredo Pedulla, Napoli are looking to reinforce their defensive department for the Scudetto defence next season and have identified Real Sociedad’s Robin Le Normand as a potential target.

With the departure of defender Kim Min-Jae to be confirmed soon, the Partenopei will have a void in their defence and will have to sign someone rock-solid to take on the role. Le Normand perfectly fits the profile as per the club’s scouts and the Scudetto champions will start negotiating with the player’s club in the next few days.

Napoli aren’t expected to pay the €50 million release clause to Real Sociedad for the centre-back and will aim to lower the price for a more economical transfer.

However, the Frenchman isn’t the only one on the list as Aurelio Di Laurentiis will also negotiate with Premier League side Wolves for defender Max Kilman to set up backup options.
