    Delta State National Teqball tour 2023 championship to climax Today

    At the end of day two of the ongoing National Teqball tour in Asaba the Delta state capital on Friday, Edo state representative UYI Amengor Teqball club has reached the finals of the female singles event,  also through to Saturday final Edo state female doubles pair of Gladys  Abasi and Eke success, while team Edo Efosa will play in the third place final in male singles. Kwara State and host Delta will also play in the finals of some events.
    Meanwhile, the mixed doubles is expected to begin tomorrow morning among the over Ten states participating in the maiden National Teqball tour.
    According to Marvel Dick, chairman of Delta State Teqball, Saturday’s closing ceremony Will be a big and memorable one with a lot of side attractions put in place to spice up the finals. He disclosed that there would be an exhibition game between some ex-internationals with former African Footballer of the year  Victor Ikpeba taking on Delta Queens of Asaba head coach Tosan  Blankson in one of the games before the main finals.
    Some events were ongoing at press time on Friday.
