Carlo Ancelotti Warns Mbappe Against Atalanta

As free agent Mbappe made the long-awaited move to Real Madrid this summer as a free agent after the expiration of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain. There has since been much debate on where and how the Frenchman will fit into Ancelotti’s squad and the Italian coach has cleared the air that Mbappe will have to adapt speedily at his new club.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has fore -warned Kylian Mbappe so as to be fore-armed against Atalanta and other opponents in the new season. He advised him to quickly acclimatize to Los Blancos style of playing which will go a very long way to not only help in his debut but in all future matches.

Mbappe missed all Real Madrid’s preseason matches as he enjoyed an extended break due to his participation in the Euros in Germany. However, Ancelotti is expected to hand the superstar his first Madrid minutes against Atalanta.

Speaking to the media, Ancelotti said: “First of all, he is going to bring his quality as well as his composure, attitude and dedication. He is going to have to adapt for this team as everyone has had to. We are very happy he is here because he has great qualities and – I’m sure, given his personality – he will adjust quickly. Everybody at Real Madrid is very happy he is here: the fans, the club, the players, the team-mates, the coach. We are all very happy he is here. We’re sure he’ll do very well.”
