Villarreal Demand €30m From Milan For Nigerian Chukwueze

The 19-time Scudetto winners, AC Milan, have also continue to work on Samuel Chukwueze bid , the 24-year-old from Villarreal, one of the most significant names on the list of the AC Milan market pool.

The Corriere dello Sport headline reads: “Villarreal ask for 30 million cash euros (₦25.1billion) and sting the Rossoneri”.

The Spanish club still has very high demands, despite the Nigerian expiring in 2024 and having not expressed his intention to renew his agreement: at least 30 million .

In the last few hours, to start the negotiation, Milan has made its first offer of €25 million but the feeling is that more is needed even after the controversial words of president Roig who mocked Milan’s methods.

AC Milan are trying to beef up their attacking options ahead of next season and have made Chukwueze one of their priority targets.

The Italian giants consider the Super Eagles star as one of the players who could help them mount a title challenge next season having enjoyed a stellar season for Villarreal in 2022-2023 with 24 goal involvements.

The 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup winner is into the final year of his contract with the Yellow Submarine and the club are ready to cash in on him.
