    OYOKA FC MAKES INTIMIDATING STATEMENT AS AFRICA FOR PEACE FESTIVAL KICKS OFF

    The Africa For Peace Sports Festival kicked offin  sizzling start, with Oyoka FC making a bold statement in the second edition of the tournament. The team delivered a resounding 12-2 thrashing of Dsc Allstars, sending a clear message to their opponents and emerging as the biggest winner from the nine matches played on the opening day.

    The day began with a festive atmosphere, as the morning’s opening ceremony offered free access to all sports facilities, including the gym, before the mini football action kicked off. The first match saw Lord Mark narrowly lose to Sokoh Estate FC, setting the tone for an exciting day of football.

    The goals kept flying in, with Ozigizaga FC and Mighty 5 FC serving up an eight-goal thriller that ended in a 4-4 draw, stealing the show. But Oyoka FC’s stunning victory overshadowed everything, as they racked up an impressive 12 goals against Dsc Allstars.

    Fulani FC also made headlines, staging a remarkable comeback to defeat Sky Bulls FC 6-5 after trailing 3-0. Other notable results included Daudu Utd beating Bobbies FC 3-1, United Friends Stars losing 3-6 to Blessed FC, and Pipeline Dragons dominating Chimoski FC with a 5-1 win. Dynamic FC and Bristol FC shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.

    The action is far from over, with the tournament resuming on Saturday, November 22nd, at the Africa for Peace Games Village, promising more thrilling matches and intense rivalries. The games kick off at 3:00 pm, and fans are urged to come out and support their favorite teams.
