Victor Osimhen, the Super Eagles and Napoli of Italy lethal forward, might have indicated his next decision after he said he preferred a move to either Manchester United or Real Madrid.
According to a tweet shared on Twitter by Turkish football writer and Transfer expert Ekrem Knour.
“Victor Osimhen considers Manchester United and Real Madrid as his preferred destinations and rules out move to Chelsea and Liverpool.”
The Nigeria international is under contract until June 2025 and President Aurelio De Laurentiis suggested last week that the club had reached an agreement to extend with their star striker.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich is strongly interested in Napoli forward and La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Thomas Tuchel already wanted to sign the Nigeria international at Chelsea.
The Bundesliga giants are considering making an offer of more than €100m for Osimhen after Tottenham rejected their opening €70m bid for Harry Kane.
Thursday’s printed edition of the pink paper (page 14) says Tuchel is a long-time admirer of Osimhen who he had followed also during his time at Chelsea.
The coach’s interest in Osimhen doesn’t necessarily mean the striker will move to Munchen this summer. have placed a €180m price tag on the 24-year-old who became Serie A’s Capocannoniere last season contributing to Napoli’s first Scudetto in 33 years with 26 goals in 32 matches.
