NLC Chieftain, Comrade Adeyanju Wishes Muslims Eid-Fitr Blessings, Urges Forgiveness

The Deputy President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and immediate past President-General of the Maritme Workers’ Union of Nigeria, Comrade (Prince) Dr. Adewale Adeyanju fetes Muslim faithful in Nigeria and across the world on the feast of the Eid-Fitr after the holy Ramadan fast.

The core Islamic faithful and Labour Magnate, Comrade Adeyanju, says without peace as advocated and practiced by Prophet Mohammed (Peace be Unto Him) the world would continue to be in turmoil and shackles as being witnessed today across all parts of the world.

He said the message of Allah in the Holy Quran cannot be altered or ignored by man, therefore, the very thorough labour leader has always admonished that Muslims must imbibe the virtues of the Holy Prophet in their day to day activities if they must make “Aljannah”, life after this planet earth and by embracing other faith for the purpose of peace if people must co-exist.

The Oyo State born Prince further reminded Muslims that there’s judgement after death; therefore, every genuine Muslim must not deviate from the true teachings of the Quran as laid down in the teachings of Prophet Mohammed while on earth doing good and showing love to humanity.

The former Maritme numero uno did not mince words when he said that “Islam” is a religion of peace and must be practiced as such as Allah is the Creator of humanity and did not employ any human being to carry out justice on his fellow man on his behalf. He added that no man can seek revenge for Allah as He’s the Creator of the earth and the above.

The President of the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) London, Comrade Adeyanju has also warned the various groups of terrorists, Kidnappers and perpetrators of all kinds of heinous crimes ravaging the country to desist and seek repentance and forgiveness in the face of Allah – the most merciful and the Giver of life.

He urged all waring factions in the country to drop all sorts of arms and embrace peace and dialogue, given the spirit of the just concluded Ramadan fast, which necessitated the festival of the Eid – Fitr.

The Labour henchman also used the occasion of the Eid to pray for the people of Israel and Iran, saying they’re the same children from the source of life; therefore, the both countries must exercise restraint and embrace peace as it were for the world to be a better place for habitation.

He enjoined all Muslims across the world to celebrate the Eid Fitr with peace, urging them to be the real game changer that would bring the much talked about peace that would radiate and envelope the globe in no longer time.

He thanked every Muslim in the country to keep following the tenets of the Quran for the sake of peace, love, prosperity and good life; wishing all and sundry in Nigeria a very Happy Sallah.
