In continuation of its mission to better the lot of the less privileged, a nongovernmental organization, Glorious Ladies Club has concluded a plan to provide succor to some pupils from less privileged backgrounds in some schools in Ibadan.
Some pupils of two schools, Community High School and CAC Primary School, both at Sango Ibadan will receive a school’s shoe each according to the CEO of the NGO outfit, Mrs. Omole Jadesola Esther who said the program is scheduled for Thursday 6th July.
“We are visiting Community High School and CAC Primary School in Ibadan to share schools sandals to the pupils from less privilege background which is in-line with our ‘One Students, One Sandals’ scheme and part of programmes we have lined up to support the education sector”, said Mrs Omole.
She however added that the mission of its NGO, the Glorious Ladies Club, is to better the lot of the less privileged, and this particular program is aimed at creating a brighter tomorrow for the under-privileged children.
