The players, according to the General Manager of the club, Bashir Badawiy, have been directed to resume for training by 4.00pm on Monday, at the Kwara Football Academy pitch.

It would be recalled that the club began a one-month end of the season break from June 1st, 2023.

Badawiy thanked the state Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his contineous support to the team, especially assisting it fight successfully against relegation. He equally commended the Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, Mallam Bola Mogaji and the stakeholders for their support.

He commended the players, non-playing staff, Supporters and Fans for their support for the team, and for their sacrifices.

As the team resumes on Monday, Badawiy charged the technical crew led by Coach Kabir Sulaiman Dogo that the team must be strengthened to compete for honours in the forthcoming season which begins in August.
