The President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF), Engr. Ahmadu Musa Kida, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful across Nigeria and beyond as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his goodwill message, Kida described the occasion as a time for deep reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment to the values of faith, sacrifice, and compassion.

He noted that the spiritual lessons of Ramadan should inspire unity, peaceful coexistence, and a collective drive toward national progress.

The NBBF president urged Nigerians to use the celebration to strengthen bonds of brotherhood, show kindness to the less privileged, and promote harmony within their communities.

He emphasized that such values remain essential in building a more inclusive and prosperous society.

Kida, also prayed that the blessings of the season would bring peace, joy, and fulfillment to every home, while calling on citizens to remain committed to the ideals of service and humanity.

“May Allah accept our prayers and grant us the strength to continue on the path of righteousness,” he said.

He wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration.
