Serbian top club, FK Partizan Belgrade has handed FC Bethel Sporting of Lagos promising youngster, Abdulmalik Mohamed his first professional start for the club.

Malik, who was impressive in his club’s 2-0 win over FK Novi Pazarat, at the weekend, in the Serbia Superliga, received praises from his manager, Jovanovic for an all round performance.

The Serbian topflight league leaders manager was quoted after the match as saying about Malik that Partizan has got a left back for the future.

“Abdulmalik was great both offensively and defensively.

“Partizan has got a left back for the future”, concluded the Black and White side’s coach.

The former 8 Division Eagle FC of Sokoto defender, who was given a 4 -years contract, is excited to begin life in Serbia on a winning note.

*I’m very happy that my team won on my very first start for the club.

“It’s a dream come true and I thank God for everything.

The enterprising left back also featured for Lagos based Collins Edwin FC before joining FC Bethel Sporting where he was scouted three months ago and taken to Serbia.
