Lagos State government on Friday sent a list of its commissioner-nominees to the Lagos State House of Assembly for ratification.
Among the 39-member, the former cabinet members who made the list are erstwhile Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso; his Budget and Economic Planning counterpart, Sam Egube; former Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi; former Special Adviser to the Governor on Works and Infrastructure, Aramide Adeyeoye; and his Education counterpart, Tokunbo Wahab.
The former cabinet members who did not make the list are Yetunde Arobieke, the former Lagos State Commissioner for Wealth Creation, Yetunde Arobieke, former Commissioner of Finance, Rabiu Olowo; former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of the state, Moyosore Onigbanjo, SAN; among others
Others nominated cabinet members are Afolabi Ayantayo, Jamiu Alli-Balogun, Rotimi Ogunwuyi, Gbenga Oyeriinde, Lawal Pedo (SAN), Mobolaji Ogunlende, Ibrahim Layode, Dr. Dolapo Fasawe, Toke Benson-Awoyinka, Olakunle Rotimi-Akodu, Abdulkabir Ogungbo.
Others in the list are Engineer Abiola Olowu, Dr. Adekunle Olayinka, Bolaji Cecilia Dada, Idris Aregbe, Yakubu Adebayo Alebiosu, Bola Olumegbon, Dr. Oreoluwa Finnih-Awokoya, Kayode Bolaji Roberts, Moruf Akinderu Fatai.
