My name is Cleopatra. Everyone calls me Cleo. I work in a bank. I am not based in Nigeria. I was in Nigeria last January and I was gonna make it here, but for some reason I couldn’t.
QUES :What made you to decide to come to to Whiten Lighten today?
ANS: I just had to come today. They’re just amazing results and I wanted to be part of that.
Well, thankfully, with my job, I get extended health benefits where it gives me coverage for dental and wellness. So I occasionally take time off work, say every three months, to have these things done. I was actually going to give that compliment, but. Good. You’re asking me now.
QUE: How would you describe the professionalism of the Whiten Lighten team?
ANS: I have never experienced such professionalism in Nigeria before. Everyone’s been friendly. Walking through the door to the secretary. Well, thumbs up to the bus. I’m not sure how he was able to train his staff, but this is great.
QUES: On a Scale of 1–10, how will you rate our services at Whiten Lighten?
ANS: I love it here. A solid 9.5. I’ve had whitening done before. I didn’t actually see any results. Actually, I got one done two weeks ago.
Almost felt like I didn’t do nothing. And just one session here, I can already see my results . So its a solid 9.5.

I felt quite dehydrated today. I just felt that I should stop by and get the right vitamins for my body to be alright.
What caught my attention when I walked in here, the energy. You know, it’s good to see that people are, you know, coming out to take care of themselves. You know, it’s just refreshing service at White and Light.

ANS: Yes, today has been an incredible day. Today is a fantastic day for the business for me because I always enjoy coming here. Such an incredible environment.
I love the vibe, I love the energy, the professionalism too. So, yeah, this is a fantastic experience. I’m happy to be here and to be here again and again and again.
QUES: After Witnessing all the departments of the clinic ,which department would you like to visit next time?
ANS : Something that really excites me is the irrigator, if that’s what they call it. Incredible, incredible device, you know, if something is doing inside, they help you to bring it out.
That’s very important, you know, And I really, really like that. And it’s very professional. It’s like the first of its kind in Nigeria because I’ve never seen this here before. So I’m really excited about that when next I come. Definitely doing that.

ANS: It’s super important, especially as a man, to take care of yourself. Very, very important as a man, as a leader, as a father, as a brother, as a son. It’s very important for you to take care of yourself. Very important.
If you’re going to lead people or be there for people or take care of people, you have to take care of yourself first. So it’s very important as a man, you take care of yourself and you have to come here.

QUES : How did you feel when you walked into the clinic today?
ANS: Very welcomed I walked into this new place. Staff are very nice.

QUES: Would you recommend our services to your friends and family ?
ANS : So, yeah, Definitely. I would recommend to my friends visiting from abroad because, as I said, the place is like, really welcoming and really, you can feel the warm presence.
QUES : Out of all the departments you were introduced to in the clinic, which one would you like to to for , when you visit again.
ANS: I would definitely want to try out the new ear department and the ENT department, as well as the IV clinic.
QUES: What is your perception about wellness in general?
ANS: Wellness is still a very new concept here.
It’s upcoming. I recommend people to try this out because in the future it will be very beneficial for their own body.

QUES: How do you take care of your health alongside your job and everyday life?
ANS: It’s based on schedules and giving myself good timing because timing is everything. Though it is not easy most times because to keep up is always challenging. But as long as you set your goal and you know what you have to achieve, which if you don’t achieve it, things might not go the best way. So you have to do everything possible for you to achieve that goal. So that’s how I manage myself.

QUES: What was your experience like ,since you came to Whiten Lighten?
The hospitality is overwhelming and the way the staffs really care about their customers is something that needs to be studied. They never leave you stranded for any reason. You always want to check up and know if you are fine or you need anything. And that is what can actually encourage any customer to always come back for a better experience. So it is actually a very, very wonderful experience.
QUES: Would you recommend Whiten Lighten to your friends and family?
ANS : I do already and they already come here, so they come here most times and anytime they come here, the feedback is always amazing. So I always do that.
QUES: What advice will you give to our Management?
ANS: It’s just to keep up the good work and never to relent for any reason. Like they’re already setting up a very, very good standard. So it should be continued always. So, but that’s the best thing to always give to your customers. So the standard should be maintained and the consistency should continue.
The service should always go like this or more better. It’s better already, but it can still be the best.
