Liverpool Interested In PSG Starlet, Bitshiabu, To Shore Up Squad

A recent report from Liverpool Echo suggests that El Chadaille Bitshiabu, a promising young player from Paris Saint-Germain, is attracting the attention of the Merseyside club and Manchester United.

The 17-year-old French footballer has been included in the lineups for both Ligue 1 and Champions League games for Paris Saint-Germain this season. Bitshiabu is contracted with the Parisians until 2024, and it has been rumoured that the Anfield club and Manchester United are monitoring his situation.

Bitshiabu was born in Paris in 2004 and joined PSG’s youth academy in 2017. He quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing his talent as a versatile defender capable of playing both a centre-back and a right-back.

His performances for PSG’s U-19 team earned him a call-up to the senior squad, where he debuted in the Champions League group stage match against Club Brugge in December 2021.

Bitshiabu’s playstyle is characterized by his physicality, athleticism, and technical ability. His speed and agility make him a threat on the counter-attack, and he has the ability to carry the ball forward and create scoring opportunities for his teammates.

As a defender, Bitshiabu is known for his excellent tackling and interception skills. He has a keen sense of positioning and is quick to read the game, which allows him to make important defensive interventions. His passing ability is also noteworthy, as he has a high completion rate and can play long-range passes to switch the play and launch counter-attacks.

Despite his young age, Bitshiabu has attracted interest from several top European clubs, including the Reds. Whether PSG will be willing to part ways with their promising young talent remains to be seen. Still, if Bitshiabu continues to develop and showcase his talent, it won’t be long before he becomes a household name in world football.
