That X -Factor Stands You Out As Player – Nicki Wieners

    BY RAYMOND NWADUBA

A director with SPOCS Sports Consultants, Nicki Wieners has hinted that every good player should have an X- factor. For some he said it could be speed, for others their awareness on the pitch, that is knowing when and how to pass the ball.
Wieners noted that this distinguishes a player and makes him stand out because it is that thing which you do better than any other person or player.
“We are looking for that X-factor in a player. It may be difficult to explain with words but for some speed is their X-factor. For others it could be good shooting ability, awareness on the field or strength and power.
“But it is important to have this as a good player as it is that thing you do better than anyone else.
“So it’s either something that is physical or skill wise which you must train for but I think every player should focus on at least one X-factor”, he said.
The former 1860 Munich player is one of SPOCS directors based in Germany.
