BUSINESS MAGNATE, WILSON SANTA EBIRERI DIES AT 70

Mr Wilson Ebireri, quiet-spoken business magnate, historian and charismatic leader, is dead.

‘’It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of the head of our family, Mr Wilson Santa Ebireri’’

The seventy-year-old head of the Niger Delta huge family died on Friday, July 12, 2024, in Sapele, leaving behind his wife, seven children and grandchildren.

‘’Mr Wilson Ebireri was an intelligent, impressive man with a quiet but commanding presence’’

A statement by the family described the calm ex-banker, music and booklover as a caring and interesting person.

‘’The Sapele electronic and timber tycoon was refined, humorous, thoughtful and simple’’

The statement signed by Media Strategist, Henry Ovie Ebireri, praised the late head of the Ebireri family and leading authority on the history of Sapele for advancing the fundamental values of the family.

‘’We are not the sort of people who weep at calamity, but Wilson’s death leaves us cold’’ the statement said.

Popularly called Santa, the statement emphasized the tale of Wilson listening to the Rick James soundtrack Ghetto Life, Super Freak and Mary Jane.

‘’There will never be another Wilson Santa Ebireri’’

‘’The burial date of the devoutly religious man will be announced after a meeting of the enormous family’’ the statement added.
