    Unity Preseason Tournament: Organizers Unveil Kogi United, Flight FC, Like Minds FC, 9 Others

    The organizing committee of the Unity Preseason Tournament for NLO clubs has unveiled the 12 teams that will take participate in the tournament which will begin in Gwagwalada, Abuja on 24 February to 4 March.

    In a draw ceremony held at the Corporate office of the ECN Global Limited, Abuja, Kogi United were drawn along side Flight FC of Gboko, Beautiful Tour FC and Daniel FC in Group C.

    Like Minds FC, Daniel Academy Kwali, Oyah Sports and Paul E FC will fight for the two available spaces in Group B. In Group A , Woodpecker FC, De Royal FC, The King FC and Setraco FC will settle scores. Two best losers are expected to join the two qualifiers for the knockout stages.

    Speaking on the draws, the North Central representative in the NLO Board, Barrister Babatunde Akintade was full of confidence on the abilities of the organisers, saying that teams in the zone will make good use of the opportunity provided by the tournament to prepare adequately for the NLO 1 season which begins in April.
