The coast is gradually getting clearer for Heartland Fc of owerri  as hard luck hit  hard fighting Fc One Rocket following a  0-1lost to Heartland in  Match Day 2 of the ongoing 2023 NNL  Super 8 playoff in Asaba.
The result has set the motion rolling for the Owerri side to return back to the  Nigeria Premier League after gathering 4 points from a possible 6 points in the Southern Conference.
However Coach of Heartland Fc  Christian Obi commended the youthful Fc One Rocket players for giving a good account of themselves.
Meanwhile, General manager of Heartland Fc has  reminded  Coach Christian Obi that his last fixture against Sporting Fc Lagos on Friday by 4pm is a game to determine the promotion fate.
Sporting Fc now top the Southern Conference group   with 6 points after defeating Abeokuta  Stormers 2-0 in day two of the play-off
